Prices are per night and include the house, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, Starlink Wi-Fi, the pool, the grounds, the summer kitchen and gas BBQ, and a welcome basket.

Cleaning fee per stay: Main House + Gîte €550, Main House €400, Le Gîte €150. Refundable deposit: Main House + Gîte €300, Main House €300, Le Gîte €200. Tourist tax €1.22 per person per night (adults).

How booking works

  1. Pick your dates and house on the booking page. The calendar shows live availability and the exact price for your stay, including cleaning and tourist tax.
  2. Pay a 30% prepayment by iDEAL or card to confirm. The payment is handled by Stripe.
  3. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival; we send a reminder. Book within 8 weeks of arrival and the full amount is due at once.
  4. A refundable deposit is held and returned after check-out.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum stay?

In July and August bookings run Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of one week. In the rest of the year the minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival days are flexible.

Do you offer discounts for long stays or low season?

Yes. Stays of two weeks or more, and off-season stays, are priced lower. Enter your dates on the booking page to see the exact amount, or contact us for a quote.

What is the deposit for?

The refundable deposit covers accidental damage. It is returned within two weeks of departure if everything is in order.
